1. Process Design
Myande fermentation engineering process include Pretreating the raw material first, then mixing the raw material with microbial to inoculate, automatic continuous distribution, later section is controlled fermentation, the last section is automatic discharging and drying. We process the raw material through modern microorganism fermentation technology. For an example of soybean meal, the anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal will be decomposed after the fermentation process. It improves the utilization of protein effectively and accumulates useful metabolite. Moreover, the final product has good palatability for animals. And our process improves the safety and economic benefits of aquaculture.

3. Service Police and Technical Support
Generally, we guarantee all equipment are completely new and unused, and under normal operation conditions the warranty period would be 12 months after installation or 18 months from the date of shipments whichever comes first.
Our equipment would be shipped in containers. Equipment with too large size for containerized shipment would be covered and protected from seawater damage.
We can send experienced and qualified engineers (electrical engineer and mechanical engineer) to the Buyer's site for the supervision of equipment installation and commissioning. And after the plant had been successfully commissioned, our engineer will stay to train the buyer's plant personnel in process operations and equipment maintenance by the buyer's request.
