Introduction
Myande Flaking Mill is designed for the pre-treatment of various types of oilseeds. The flaking mill will squeeze the prepared, often cracked seeds into thin flakes to break the oilseeds to reach the oil cells for further extraction.

1. Unique roll gap adjustment mechanism allowing for pneumatic adjustment of at both ends.
2. Rail-type bearing block facilitating positioning and dismantling.
3. Complete with Teflon wearable baffles on both sides of the working chamber which moves with the main shaft to eliminate leakage so as to ensure hygienic working environment.
4. Incorporating conical main shaft bearing which is easy to install and dismantle, thus reducing maintenance time.
5. Adopting arc tooth belt driving and pneumatic belt tensioning device of main motor to ensure high transmission efficiency.
6. Complete with Teflon wearable baffles on both sides of the working chamber which moves with the main shaft to eliminate leakage so as to ensure hygienic working environment.
7. Patented roll end baffling device that ensures ideal sealing effect of roll ends.
