High Quality Oilseeds Vertical Conditioner, Edible Oil Factory Machine
Oilseed Conditioner is designed to adjust oilseeds moisture and temperature during a required conditioning time by means of indirect steaming and controlled airflow. It is widely used in the preparation process of oilseeds, mainly soybean but other seeds, like canola as well.
Major Technical Features
1. Modular design to facilitate assembling, dismantling and maintenance.
2. Incorporating oval stainless steel heating tubes with ideal heat conductivity.
3. Combination of steam and hot air heating process ensuring desirable conditioning and drying effect.
4. Incorporating specially designed material spreading device at the feeding position to prevent impact on steam tubes.
5. Inverter controlled material discharging for effective control of flow rate and detention time.
