Description
1. Unique roll gap adjustment mechanism enabling both synchronic adjustment of both ends and single end adjustment during operation and eliminating roll-roll contact.
2. Incorporating rail type bearing box support to facilitate dismantling and positioning of rolls and all other assemblies.
3. Complete with wear resistant Teflon plate apron on both sides of the working chamber to ensure proper sealing of material and dust and hygienic working environment.
4. Adopting single motor main driving mechanism with enlarged belt angle and spring-type driven-end belt tensioning device to enhance driving efficiency.
5. Complete with the magnetic device at the feeding point that moves along with the feeding door so that the magnet surface is always parallel with the material flow.
