1. Process Design
Myande fermentation engineering process include: Pretreat the raw material first, then mixing the raw material with microbial to inoculate, automatic continuous distribution, later section is controlled fermentation, the last section is automatic dischaging and drying. We process the raw material through modern microorganism fermentation technology. For example of soybean meal, the anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal will be decomposed after fermentation process. It improves the utilization of protein effectively and accumulate useful metabolite. Moreover, the final product has good palatability for animals. And our process improves the safety and economic benefits of aquaculture
2. Project Capacity
A) Providing complete engineering services and processing equipment for fermentation projects, brewery projects, red yeast projects, and biological water treatment projects.
B) Experienced professional provide first-class process and equipment designs.
C) Advanced automatic control system ensures high reliability of the whole production line.
3. Service and Technical Support
Generally, we guarantee all equipments are completely new and unused, and under normal operation conditions the warranty period would be 12 months after installation or 18 months from the date of shipments whichever comes first.
Our equipment would be shipped in containers. Equipment with too large for containerized shipment would be covered and protected from sea water damage.
We can send experienced and qualified engineers (electrical engineer and mechanical engineer) to the Buyer's site for supervision of equipment installation and commissioning. And after the plant had been successfully commissioned, our engineer will stay to train the buyer's plant personnel in process operations and equipment maintenance by buyer's request.
