Myande DTDC(Desolventizer, Toaster, Dryer and Cooler) is specially designed soybean processing equipment that effectively integrates meal desolventization, cooking, drying and cooling functions into one system.

Incorporating specially designed full automatic control system, Myande DTDC maximally reduces steam consumption and provides easy and reliable operation.
1. Incorporating uniquely steam jet device in the flash and direct steam decks that ensures system pressure balance and facilitates vapor and solvent recovery.
2. Complete with effective automatic level control system that consists of imported sensors fixed in unidirectional mode to ensure consistent and reliable swinging movement.
3. Optimized feeding gate design that facilitates smooth and flexible gate adjustment and perfect air-tight effect.
4. Specially designed coupling with high temperature resistance that functions well in all working conditions.
5. Flexible deck configuration and capable of separating DT and DC to suit the need of large processing capacity.
